The functional movements involve exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play-pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of thoroughly trained CrossFit Kids Trainer.
It has years of experience as a CrossFit® trainer with a background in Olympic Weightlifting, years of playing rugby and wakeboarding. I already hold a CrossFit Level 2 trainer qualification as well as Olympic Weightlifting, Strongman & Gymnastic certificates. I specialise in weight loss, this is my game and I'm very good at it.
